Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mutley Meadows

Please read the terms and conditions carefully as your booking will confirm you have read and agree to them. You can book and pay online.

To Cancel or Reschedule you MUST give a minumum of 4 hours notice so we can offer it to someone else. (please call):07725843366.

                  

Please park in designated areas. 

Only 2 vehicles per booking maximum unless prior permission is given.

We do not accept liability for damage or loss to vehicles at any time however caused. 

We do not accept liability for injury damage or loss to persons or animals however caused at any time

Your whole group is the responsibility of the person booking whilst on the premises.

Please use the biodegradable bags and bins provided and please always clear up after your dog(s).

​

Please leave the field promptly at the end of your session even if you arrived late Over running is not permitted at any time.

Do not block access to fields whilst waiting,

if you arrive early please park next to the portable toilet.

​

Please report any damage straight away but any holes made by your dog please fill in if possible.

​

The field is only to be used for walking dogs and no other activity is permitted!!!!

​

If you are a Dog walker or dog trainer with multiple dogs please inform us before making a booking, we ask that you have 1 Person to every 4 Dogs.

 

Anyone with More then 4 Dog requires 2 peolpe and will be charged at our buissness rate.

XL Bully dogs

1. The dog MUST be registered and have a Certificate of Exemption. 
2. You MUST have third party public liability insurance for your XL Bully dog. 
3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times
4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
5. The dog is Micro Chipped
6. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field, 
The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field,
You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field.

We will only keep your contact details in the event we may need to contact you and we never share Data with anyone else.
